What top 2003 rookies will be victims of the second year slump and which ones will not?

I dont know why they call it a soph slump. Probably because rookies are noticed. Throughout history only 35% of 2nd year players played under their rookie year. The most likely guys are the guys with huge rookie numbers, tougher to duplicate. Webb as a example will have a hard time repeating his outstanding numbers.
