He's been awesome for me lately. I drafted him based on him being able to hit in the .280s like he has the past couple of years and was disappointed when he was in the low .260's, but now he's becoming worth it. The power is just a nice bonus, but the runs and base hits of late are great.

He's on fire, and he's doing it from both the left and the right side of the plate. When I traded for him about 2 months ago I was just hoping that he would bring his average up, score some runs, and steal some more bases. The homers are gravy.

I got booted during my live draft and drafted Tejeda and Rollins. Couldn't trade him for 2 months and droped him for FA Meadows. Was thinking of trying to trade Tejada because Rollins was at least getting SBs. What a bummer.

Sell high.

Grady Sizemore will have more value than Jason Bay regardless of draft position

Aramis Ramirez in 155 G will hit over .300 40 HR 110 RBIs

Brian McCann will have more value than Jorge Posada regardless of draft position

Why?

Rollins is known as a streaky player, and when he gets on one of his runs, it tends to last for quite a while....I'm betting this hot streak lasts atleast until the end of August or middle of September.

He hits leadoff for a pretty good lineup. He steals bases. What more could you ask for in a SS?

Not to mention, the trade deadline has already come and gone in Yahoo! leagues.

If you're in a keeper or your league's trading deadline hasn't passed, I would try to sell high on Rollins. It's great that he's displaying power now; but before August, his best month batting average-wise was .274, which leads to an OBP in the .330-range. Not great for a leadoff guy, plus isn't he notorious for not seeing many pitches. I would try to get a steady SS that contributes well across the board.

Target Jeter and settle for Carlos Guillen, both guys have 20-HR power and no weaknesses in fantasy categories (great for leagues that count OPS and OBP, too).

How many people wrote this guy off early? I for one, am glad I didn't.

His current projections:
132 runs, 25 HRs, 72 RBIs, 37 SBs 8-o

How high should he be moving up draft boards for next year?

8-o I had no idea he was on that type of pace HRs wise. WOW!!

Of course getting a guy like Jeter won't fail if you're selling high on Rollins, but I don't see why there's a reason to give up on him now. Last year was sort of the sam
