...that Jimmy Rollins has as many homers as Miguel Cabrera and Chipper Jones, and more than Scott Rolen?

How many people wrote this guy off early? I for one, am glad I didn't.

His current projections:
132 runs, 25 HRs, 72 RBIs, 37 SBs 8-o

How high should he be moving up draft boards for next year?

Lol. Pretty tough to not notice when a guy is raking like he is. :-D

Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey

I agree, I just haven't heard a ton of buzz about him, when all you heard early was people dumping him or trading him and everything else.

I held him, and I'm happy I did. He went pretty high this year. 5th round or above in most cases.

I don't see him going too much higher, as his streakiness will still keep some away. Players like Reyes and Jeter will go higher than him still. Probably 4th round material?

I traded for him a couple months ago. thought it was one of the worst moves I ever made. I'm starting to feel a lot better about it now. He's definately a second half player. Look for his good play to continue.

I drafted him in the third round. Before Jeter. I've been kicking myself for that bone-headed move all season.

But I'm feeling pretty OK with it now. :-)
