He's 24 and went 13-2 in 22 starts with a 2.13 ERA, 1.07 WHIP and had a 8.57 K/9 and a decent 2.275 K/BB ratio for AAA Round Rock. Hirsh also gave up just 5 HR in 137.1 innings during that time. Granted, he gave up 3 on Saturday, but that could just be nerves.
If you're desperate for starting pitching, throw a claim at him. Nothing more's really coming for the rest of the year.
