"Dr. Destroy" Andrew Miller Sig Request

This is my 1st sig request so I am not exactly positive how this works. I will love you forever if someone could make me a sig of Andrew Miller. I want the following pictures incorporated. And I want the words "Dr. Destroy" written on it. Do what you like with it; just make it look sinister. The more evil the better. :) Your help would be greatly appreciated. Take your time to make it sweet. There is no rush. I am a patient woman.
