Aside from this site and Rotoworld, which site does everyone use to stay up on all the hot pickups?

I just basically use my judgement. Look out in some of the boxscores who has been hitting well lately or pitching well lately and you should find someone. You could also check the monthly or weekly stats on Yahoo leagues. ;-D

Really, this site gets the information out quicker than almost anything. It's almost a certainty that any "hot pickup" has a thread or 10 somewhere in the Cafe.

Yeah, thats exactly what I do too. I'm not new to this stuff, I just wondered if there was another site a bunch of people use.
