It doesn't look that good at full-screen for me. Perhaps it looks better from a distance such as in the pic than it does up close.

As for the setup, I'm guessing you're not married. ;-)

Are those computers used solely for mlb.tv? Looks like that one on the left couldn't be used for much else. Also, are those just the normal computer monitors?
