Manager Frank Robinson said Saturday that Rocky Biddle is still his closer.
''Maybe he's trying a little too hard. Is he still my closer? Yes. Will he close a 3-2 game? I don't know,'' Robinson said. Luis Ayala still might be the better bet for saves from here on in.

It's the "I don't know" part that keeps me from trusting that statement. Currently avoiding that situation.
