8/12: Juan Cruz will be moved to the bullpen in order to make room in the rotation for Livan Hernandez, according to the Arizona Republic. "We feel like we just don't have a long guy down there now," Melvin said of Cruz, "but a guy who can pitch any inning we feel the need to pitch him and a guy that can go in there and blow some people away." Cruz holds a 4.34 ERA in 23 games (14 starts) this year.


Somebody wanna expain to this move to me? Cruz has been quite good in the rotation. Why not move E Gonzalez to LR?
