My league plays Roto and H2H simultaneously... It is played among 14 teams and baseball buddies. I am way out in roto... We had top four from each div go to playoffs, after just top 2 last year. There was much more excitement among the lower ranked teams. Furthermore, it looks like one team that skimmed into playoffs in fourth place will win our league. He is up 1-0 in final. My team with Manny, Liriano, Bay, and a rough week with Smoltz and Zabrano skidded one week and cost me playoffs.

Roto is fun too. With some teams out of the running in H2H, they can switch to the roto portion. Our cash is split almost even.

Makes things interesting. As fun and excitign as it has been, I will agree with idea that the best team in Sept wins... or the luckiest one.
Expos... Gone, but not forgotten.

My love for H2H just took a major hit. Let me preface this by saying that I accept H2H for what it is and don't like losing but accept it. What really irks me is in the H2HWS league that I commished. The guy that won it hadn't touched his team since July 12th. That is pitiful. :-t :-t

I am quite confident that you can't win a roto league doing that. I finished 1st and was bounced in the 2nd round so this isn't a subjective view after getting beat.
