:-? Looking at those lists from August and seeing Bailey ahead of Hughes on most of them makes me wonder wonder what has happend since...

The Phillip Hughes hype machine has been working overtime, evidently causing some people to change their positions.

A lot of people have:
Hughes/Bailey
Gallardo
Ad. Miller
Lincecum

I have Lincecum as #1, followed by Bailey then Hughes, Miller, Gallardo.

I would think Bills would be top 3 if he were still a prospect.

i'd put Linecum around 7th-10th slightly behind Andrew Miller.

Billingsley would rank top 3 for me behind Hughes and Bailey if he were still a prospect. his minor league track record was amazing. he'll put it together in the pro's.
