Here's some additional information from the pre-season that might help:

I was just curious how this pre-season list compared to what's happened during the year, and it's reasonably good, but there was one name that was curiously absent from the easiest to steal on list for 2006. So, Rangers fans, a question?
WTF is going on with Kevin Millwood?
Now in 2005, of course, Millwood was paired with VMart and 33 of 39 runners stole on them successfully. But, Millwood's track record pre-dates the Indians. Lifetime runners have attempted 193 steals and succeeded 161 times, for a better than 83% success rate.
This year? 7 attempts. 4 SBs.
Now, I know Barajas is good, but is he really good enough to turn Millwood from one of the worst to one of the best? Have the Rangers done anything with changing Millwood's move, slide step of approach from the stretch?
