i can't count on anybody in my fantasy playoffs. the unit, santana, batista...all my mainstays have gone south. what is going ON??? if i lose this season due to a couple blips on the radar, i'm going to blow a gasket.
My opponent this week in the first week of the playoffs (who is a class A a**hole, by the way) has both Santana and Randy!!

Doesn't surprise me that the Rangers ripped Santana. I wouldn't have started him tonight. I even predicted that he would get hit fairly hard in another thread. Sorry.

i'm sure i'm not playing both you guys (i'm actually a class "c" a**hole), but this is a classic example of how you come to depend on some constants...and then it all goes to hell.

or maybe jorge sosa instead of johan santana? oh, well...not very bright.
i'm down 6.5 -- 3.5, hope i can pull out this week. i'll have one more week after this one to fend off this lame-ash sumbissh. maybe i need to dig down and go for some of these tampa bay starters, forget about my studs.

well, i'm definitely not going to win era and whip this week. strikeouts are close, so i just dropped j-williams (non-keeper league) for jake peavy. peavy will get hit, sure, but hopefully he can get enough strikeouts to help me keep my lead.

the beginning of the week was all-around awful for my donks... somehow, i've come around to clobber 8 hr in the last 2 days--that has helped. i'm losing saves, surprise, surprise (thanks bk, biddle/ayala, hoffman, guardado!) but tied in stolen bases and wins.
GO PEAVY! GO MOYER! pull it out for the donkey schlongs!
