Keeper Positions

Okay.. I have a trade offered to me, and I won't go into it because it is already on the trade/ww/keeper board (http://www.fantasybaseballcafe.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=234515 if you want to look )..

The position it puts me in is having essentially 3 1B (ortiz, d. lee, ryan howard) keepers (out of four).

so the question is.. is this good or bad or indifferent?

part of me says bad.. part of me says -- if you get essentially 3 1st/2nd rounders you keep them no matter what position then play as long as you have room..

thoughts?

Although I agree this is sort of a startegy question and it could be helpful to many owners, it still focus mainly on your team. Unfortunately, I will have to lock this thread.
