Im am about even for innings, is either one of these guys worth a start? I can take a loss, but need to improve my whip and era.

Start em both. At least I am. Webb won't get shelled, if he can keep the balls away from Barry and I don't think Pedro will have another outing like his last against the Yankees, so start em both.
