Hey dude, I'm in 1st place like you... That being said, I often ponder the same question, but viewing your team, your team has GREAT balance, so from here, all signs point to YES!!! ;-D

Here's my 1st Place team (You can compare yours to mine if you wish...)

C - AJ Pierzynski - White Sox
1B - Carlos Delgado - Mets
2B - Alfonso Soriano - Nationals
3B - David Wright - Mets
SS - Mark DeRosa - Rangers
IF - Paul Konerko - White Sox
OF - Vernon Wells - Blue Jays
OF - Carl Crawford - Devil Rays
OF - Bobby Abreu - Yankees
UT - Juan Rivera - Angels
UT - Craig Monroe - Tigers
BN - Raul Ibanez - Mariners

SP - Johan Santana - Twins
SP - Chris Carpenter - Cardinals
SP - Mike Mussina - Yankees
SP - Jered Weaver - Angels
SP - Jeff Francis - Rockies
SP - Vicente Padilla - Rangers
SP - Eric Bedard - Orioles
SP - Anibal Sanchez - Marlins
SP - Joe Saunders - Angels

RP - Jason Isringhausen - Cardinals

(Punting saves as I am 9th place out of 10 teams in the league, and up by 8 points right now, so no harm no foul, if i end up last in saves...) ;-D

Your team looks VERY solid at this point, but I would agree that a move involving some arms to get one more solid bat would most likely greatly help your points.

Take a look at my team, help is always appreciated:
