Try and improve speed. Try acquiring a Carl Crawford or Jose Reyes in a trade offer... besides that man, I think you have the core of a championship squad!

I think your offense looks very solid at bat, however it seems like a decent base stealer would greatly improve the overall balance of your team. Maybe add one more really solid SP.
