Please rate my team and help me which trades/FA pick-ups I should make to improve my team:

10 team, 5 x 5 roti, keepers
(HR, RBI, R, SB, OPS, W, S, K, ERA, WHIP)

C - R. Martin (LAD)
1B - J. Morneau (MIN)
2B - H. Kendrick (LAA)
SS - M. Tejada (BAL)
3B - M. Cabrera (FLA)
OF - M. Ramirez (BOS)
OF - A. Dunn (CIN)
OF - B. Abreu (NYY)
Util - C. Guillen (DET)
Bench - J. Damon (NYY)
DL - G. Sheffield (NYY)

SPs - R. Oswalt, Verlander, Bonderman, D. Haren, E. Bedard
RPs - J. Nathan, H. Street, J. Paperbon, M. Rivera

-
I am looking to deal J. Damon, H. Kendrick and D. Haren for R. Clemens and R. Durham to improve my 2B and improve my ERA and WHIP by little (I am 2nd in ERA and 1st in WHIP).

I am trying to get Utley -- any help in who I should offer? That guy need closers. Would Durham, Guillen and Rivera do for Utley + (someone)?
