Phones with WiFi Internet Capability

So I need to switch my provider and I always am loking for a sweet deal.

I want a phone where I can walk into a hotspot and get on the internet.

I don't wanna pay extra. It seems TMOBILE has the technology but wants to charge you for it even though Wifi, I believe, should be independent of their network.

Stupid Phone companies try to rip everyone off.

Anyways anyone got any tips/deals for me.

I need low minutes but would prefer free weekend and night
