What to do about my Offense?

So, my pitching looks golden, but my offense doesn't look so hot. Anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do to get ready for the playoffs?

12 team H2H nonkeeper, 8x8 including BBs, OPS, HLDs, etc.

C: Russell Martin

SS: Julio Lugo
OF: Ichiro Suzuki, Brian Giles, Jermaine Dye
