Hit by a pitch in the elbow last night and left the game. Anybody know the status?

I hope it's the kinda injury that nags at him all season and messes up his swing.

Ah Boston fans...you make me giggle.

Right now it's listed as a bruised elbow, I'm going to guess they'll look at it today and decide if anything else has to be done..hopefully this might DL him for a little bit so he can rest his knees and then come back for one HUGE storm of hits and HRs, because right now his occasional hitting day doesnt counteract the damage he's doing (done) to my BA in my roto league...too good to drop, too bad to play.

I'm sorry lol my team's bullpen is pissing me off and i find the Yankees a nice place to vent. Also, the guy behind be in 2nd place in my league has Giamb

My roto league counts OPS as a category so he is GOLDEN despite his average right now

Hes listed as day-to-day. I just traded for him and i'm not too worried about this. I think he might sit out for a couple of games and be good to go....


Jason Giambi isn't in the starting lineup tonight after leaving Tuesday's game with a bruised right elbow.

Bernie Williams is starting in his place. Giambi is day-to-day.
