For those us in HLDs league, the man in 3rd for HLDs this year is on the shelf for a while:
Yahoo!
TORONTO (AP) -- The Toronto Blue Jays placed reliever Justin Speier on the 15-day disabled list Tuesday night with tightness in his right forearm.
Speier was placed on the DL after allowing a go-ahead, three-run double in the seventh inning of Tuesday's 8-4 loss to Baltimore.
"It's a big blow," said manager John Gibbons, who intends to use Jeremy Accardo and Brandon League in the eighth inning while Speier recuperates.
Speier is 1-0 with a 3.05 ERA in 51 appearances this season. The right-hander said he's been dealing with the problem over his past six outings, but the pain intensified in the past week.

I know all about that, too. What are you looking at for replacements?
