Garza is now available and at least in my league is set to clear waivers on August 15

since Garza's available in yahoo leagues already, I think it's fair that we turn this into a "discuss whether garza is worth picking up" forum.

what do ppl expect out of his guy? all the good rookie pitchers this year (liriano, verlander, weaver, josh johnson, hamels) had great outings in their first majors start (makes sense, since there wasn't much in terms of scouting reports for opponents). so, why should we expect garza to bounce back and be worthy of a pickup after he gives up 7er and teams now all know what kinda "stuff" he has?
