That is a tough call. They both have tremendous upside, but I'd probably lean Garza. Miller has yet to even throw a pitch as a pro, while Garza has arrived. If you are looking for future performance, don't let some struggles at the beginning worry you too much. Garza is still an excellent prospect.

And I've heard the same regarding Longoria as the previous poster. That he won't be called up in September.
