LIRIANO/KONERKO for CARPENTER/ORTIZ

This Liriano DL stint has really kicked me in the balls Ive finally gotten my team healthy for the stretch run and now this happens Right now im sitting in 3rd place and I think I have a team that can win this year.

Should I try and trade Konerko/Liriano for Ortiz/Carpenter if I can?? The guy with Ortiz/Carp is sitting 3rd last and playing out the year. This is a 12 team H2H keeper and we keep 8.
