Brian Anderson (KC) pitches against his old/recent teamates CLE, next week.
This raises a question ... in match-ups of pitchers throwing against their recent ex-teams, who has the advantage? Is it the pitcher because he knows the hitters, or vice versa.
Are there any statistics on this topic?

I think the Pitcher has the advantage. Mostly b/c he likely knows his former teammates' weak spots by sitting in the dugout and talking ball. Just my opinion, no stats here.

whoever keeps his mouth shut when it comes to secret and listens carefully gets the advantage.

I think Anderson should get up there and beane a few of his x-teamates...Scare the pee-fire out of them. Then he has the advantage.
