Slid into third base and apparently injured his right shoulder...no word on the severity yet...

I have him in one team fighting for its playoff hopes... could really use an injury to pick up someone else or clear up a spot for Kazmir. Sorry, Chad, but it's necessary }:-) :,-(

Forbes.com:

Tracy left the game after colliding with Feliz while sliding head first into third base. He is day-to-day with back spasms.

"I hit his leg and I kept coming and the momentum sent my back in the wrong direction," Tracy said. "Right now I feel fine. I feel like I could go back out there and finish the game if I had to. We'll see in the morning. The initial contact, what I felt, I didn't know if I broke my back or what. It felt worse than anything I've ever felt before."

i think he'll probably take some time off. I read he was day-to-day with back spasms. For now if you have other options put him on your bench...

Hmm, what the heck... he started today. Guess it wasn't a very serious injury after all.

yeah, and the same article said he was 'day to day with back spasms'. Not exactly a clean bill of health either :-?

They give that to anyone that gets hurt and leaves the game though. I think it was safe to say he would start considering his reaction after the game as well as the other options the Dbacks have at this point (almost none).
