Loads of Talent on this fantasy baseball roster! Thoughts?

This is my team (after a few trades that are pending, if they go down...)

C - AJ Pierzynski - White Sox
1B - Carlos Delgado - Mets
2B - Alfonso Soriano - Nationals
3B - David Wright - Mets
SS - Mark DeRosa - Rangers
IF - Paul Konerko - White Sox
OF - Carl Crawford - Devil Rays
OF - Bobby Abreu - Yankees
OF - Vernon Wells - Blue Jays
UT - Craig Monroe - Tigers
UT - Raul Ibanez - Mariners
BN - Eric Chavez - A's
===========================================
NOW this is where it gets GOOD:

Johan Santana - Twins
Chris Carpenter - Cardinals
Mike Mussina - Yankees
Pedro Martinez - Mets
Jered Weaver - Angels
Jeff Francis - Rockies
Ted Lilly - Blue Jays
Anibal Sanchez - Marlins
Vincente Padilla - Rangers
Jeremy Sowers - Indians

Update: I have traded away the last relief pitcher and have acquired the pitching services of Mets' Ace Pedro Martinez... and got Eric Chavez as a throw in... =\ Also, traded away Chase Utley and Carlos Lee and Juan Rivera...

Now I do understand with this move, I will probably be last in saves, but hey i'm in 9th place out of a team 10 league in saves... so even if i drop to last... I will still be in 1st place by a good margin...

These are my rankings, pitching-wise:

5th in Innings Pitched
7th in Wins
9th in Saves
5th in Outs
4th in K's
2nd in ERA
1st in WHIP

Batting, I could afford to give up bats, observe the batting ranks:

1st in Runs
1st in Home Runs
1st in RBI's
1st in Stolen Bases
1st in Total Bases
T-2 in Batting Average
1st in OPS

T. Lilly
J. Saunders
A. Sanchez
D. Willis
E. Santana

J. Isringhausen

well, the hitting and starting pitching is there, you have a very solid team in those areas, but you could really use some quality rp. try to package a SP for a good closer.

otherwise your team is solid, and you have a surplus of good pitchers
