I think it comes down to Thomas and Thome. I'm going to say Thome. He was just awful last year and this year has been one of the best hitters in the AL. I think what pushes it in favor of Thome is the fact last year when he was playing, he was still doing terrible. Thomas on the other hand was hitting decently (terrible avg, but the OPS and HR's were there) when he was in the game.

They're saving him for BREAKOUT player of the year. Well, they don't actually have such an award, but he's more of a breakout than a comeback.

I voted corey patterson...because he was just so BAD last year.....
He's been quite consistent with the bat keeping his average above .280 most the year and running like a mad man in the 6th spot
