What should I do with my team???

What do you think I should do with this team. Based on my league settings (See in profile).

I need a better starting crew next year. Best option would be guys who are rookies this year.

I play in an APBA simulation league, where players limitatins and abilities are based on teh prior year. Rookies must be "carded" in order to be drafted. This year guys like Napolli, Kendrick, Weaver, Billingsly, Either, etc will be able to get drafted. Right now I have pick #7 and 3 second round picks to go with it. I need a solid 3b man, though cuddyer could play there if he has enough innings. Pitching will also be a problem. My best pitcher is Brett Myers, but if he keeps beating up his wife he may never play.

What do you guys think I should do?
