In the end, my answer would be based on a couple of factors. Is this a dynasty keeper (i.e. keep forever)? If so, players like Wright and Reyes from the Mets are going to be studs for 10+ years.
Second, do you keep the players if they leave that team? If not, then teams like the DRays need to be avoided.
Anyway, presuming a dynasty, I'd go with the Angels, Mets (Wright, Reyes, Beltran, Milledge, Pelfrey) or DBacks (Quentin, Drew, Webb, C. Jackson, Upton).
Basically, I'd want 5 players I was going to get at least 5 good years from, all of whom could be argued to be 1st-3rd round picks for at least a portion of those 5+ years. That requirement eliminates teams like the Dodgers (loads of good young talent, but not much elite level) and Cards (not enough top-tier fantasy talent).
