Cropping help??

i'm not good at all with images and the editing of them so i was really hoping someone could help me out...i created this image for my avatar using paint but have been unable to crop it so the background doesn't show up in posts...if someone could either crop the one that i have or else make me a knew one i would really appreciate it ;-D

right now i have the image in photobucket...here's the Url
