HTH league.. My opponent got 45 hits thus far and 15 have been homers and he is crushing me Does this happen much in your HTH leagues?.... Get this, I will lose to a guy that has 0 wins, 3 losses and only 1 save on the week to my 3 wins and 2 saves because of his homers..

If they have a powerful lineup, it does happen. In one of my leagues this week (H2H normal lineup w/ 2 UTIL) I have 69 hits and 20 homers so far, so a ratio close to 33% is not unheard of. It sucks to have it happen against you, but that's just how it goes.

I've got a 7% hr - hit ratio. Its rare to see anything over 15 hrs.

He's hit yet another since I posted this.. If he keeps on rolling he may end up in the mid 30% range HR's (35%?).. He's scored 230 fantasy points 200+ of which were hitting related.. He beat me with 0 wins, 3 losses and a blown save to my 3 wins and 2 saves.. It's amazing.. The other thing, I hit a combined .354 average to his .279 average.. The only only thing saving him is Home Runs..

To answer your question...no, that doesn't happen much.

I'm at nearly 19% for the week, 16 longballs out of 86 hits. Though it's a 10 teamer, and we start 13 bats.

It hovers around 15-20% most of the time in my 14-team league. Best I can see for one week is 19/49 (39%) - from a team not in contention!

My top this season is 23 (mostly thanks to Jason Bay during his 1 hot streak this season). My avg is probably around 9 or 10.
