So Bailey is the real deal? This is what the Reds need, a pitcher. They need another starter to help out Harang and Arroyo, or they could stick him in the middle relief spot where they are getting killed. Hopefully they'll call him up next year...

Everything that I have read has Bailey and Hughes clearly ahead of the pack.

Though, with Garza's utter dominance lately, I'm guessing he's closing the gap a bit.

Also, Garza is probably a year closer to the majors than Hughes or Bailey, but they are two years younger, which a pretty big difference maker.
