i think your 1b could be upgraded..so check the waiver wire and or make some trades

I'd see if Sanchez and one of your many SP's could get you an upgrade at 1b, or if you don't want to trade Sanchez, package A. Gonzalez and one of your SP's and see what you can get in return, it should be better than what you have now.

you need a first baseman, and with your stock of sp's I'd try for someone like Morneau if you can.
