I'd say that instead of attempting to 'level the playing field', every other owner in your league needs to step up.
I've been in a very active league the past few years, and I find it fun to make moves and pick guys up on a hunch. To me, that's one of the essences of fantasy baseball strategy. I wouldn't take that away unless there's serious wrongdoing or collusion between owners.
I never smile if I can help it.... Showing one's teeth is a submission signal in primates. When someone smiles at me, all I see is a chimpanzee begging for its life.

I hate to say it, but maybe you guys just suck, relatively speaking. I mean no offence, but realistically, you do have to consider the possibility. You might start by making more than 40 moves. I'm guessing most folks here get several multiples of 40 fairly easily.
Hilarious.
I totally disagree with moves limits. If you pay attention every day, you can make a helpful roster move at least every other day.
This guy just sounds like a much better fantasy player than the rest of you, plain and simple.
