I count that they have 8 Relief pitchers... They've used 4. Doubtful they'll run through that many pitchers.

If I was a Kerry Wood owner, I'd be scared right now. You know he will throw at least 120 pitches tonight and probably more due to burning up the bullpen now.

Yeah, I just skimmed the "Prior - 131 pitches" thread... If the cub fan in that thread was worried about overusing the bullpen...tough cookies right now. I'm just glad he pulled CZ when he did, otherwise, CZ'd be pitching with his left arm right now.

Now it looks like the only pinch hitters the Cubbies have left are two catchers... P. Bako and J. Paul (unless I'm missing something...)

We might see Kerry Wood after all....just not on the mound. maybe in RF :-D

2-2 bottom of the 14th. Maybe they don't realize a double header is two seperate games. 8-o Lol. :-D

I'd hate to play 23+ innings in one day....that'd be rough. I guess we can safely say the night game should prove to be a high scoring one with all the pitchers being used right now. I've got Aramis and Edmonds :)

Definitely a long day. I've got Alou in one league and he didn't start the game, but still went 1/3! 8-o Lol. I've got a few of the players, but I play 5 leagues, so it's not a big surprise.

The cubbies have fanned 18 times in 14 innings (Cards have KO'd 15 times)... That's not going to win many ball games...on either side.

And they march into the 15th inning.................

Between Zambrano and Izzy for me:

9 innings, 9 hits/walks, 2 er, 8 k's. Not bad, I'll take it. ;-)

Or you could have Rolen and his 0-6 right now. :-P
