Well, I've decided against starting him. I may regret it, but it's no big loss if he has a great game on my bench. I'm in first place in ERA and WHIP, and have a lot more innings left than my competitors in Ks and wins (though I'm still scheduled to finish up my pitching the week before the end of the season). I'm playing it a little safe right now, as I've got the pitching depth to do it.
Here's hoping he pitches a great game and gets back whatever it is that he lost!
Not great, but not terrible. I'll add that if the bullpen could do it's job, then it would have only been 1 er. Willis left with 2 out and a runner at 1st. Bump came in and gave up a double to let the run score.
Willis has bought himself a little more time on my roster.
Yes doctor, I am sick. Sick of those who are spineless. Sick of those who feel self-entitled. Sick of those who are hypocrites. Yes doctor, an army is forming. Yes doctor, there will be a war. Yes doctor, there will be blood.....

Me, too. He hasn't been great lately but he beats everyone else that's on the WW.
That was my thinking. All my free agent pools have been pretty well combed through. Not much left.
