Need improvement in K's and W's? What's my strategy?

I'm currently 2nd in a 10 team 5x5 league. The past couple weeks, I've been starting 7 SP and 2 Relivers and have moved up in K's and W's, but my saves have suffered. Anyone I should pick up instead of my pitchers below?

With Beck and Hoffman potentially splitting save opportunities for the rest of the month, it might be worth using that slot on two-start pitchers, depending on your exactr standings and how the bullpen situation in San Diego turns out.
