Players Who Have Been Garbage Since I Acquired Them

Wow. Sounds like a fun league. My league has had something like seven trades total, all season, and I'm making offers every single day (I've been involved in three of those seven trades). It's frustrating and dull.

Anyhow, please don't lay your crazy jinx on Utley. You are now personally karmically responsible for keeping his hitting streak alive.

It is a fun league.

When Utley started out ofer today, I thought to myself, "Now the onus is off of me. His streak ended before he appeared on my roster, so I don't have to worry about that now."

Of course, as soon as I say that, Utley's "slump" ended (how nice it must be to be so talented that your slumps begin and end in the same game instead of lasting over days or weeks). He ends up with two hits.

All you Utley owners should fully expect that he will now go into a month-long tailspin, just like my main man David Wright.

I think trade #8 is the most ridiculous.

Yeah, I can't believe I talked him into that one.

I'm seductive ;)

That being said, Pujols has yet to do any more for me than El Caballo did. In fact, Lee was a better player for me. I like Lee a lot more than some do. I know Pujols is the better player, but I guess karma is coming back on me with his elbow problem. I fear that he might not be Pujols the rest of the way because of this ailment.

That's what I get for being a shrewd salesman, I guess.
