Trade some hitting for starting pitching. I wouldnt take either trade you have up in the air right now, though. Try shopping johnny gomes and see if you can get a scott olsen type of player.

I might think about the Chavez deal, since I have always been a Chavez fan, and he is a great 2nd half guy, plus you get Beckett and even though he is hot and cold he is on a team that can get him wins even when he is giving up home runs.

The Johnson deal I wouldn't take at all!! Unit hasn't been able to string more than 3 good starts in a row, he is more name than substance and Carlos Lee will cream the ball in Arlington..DO NOT DO this one.

You do need to improve your RPs and I think you could give up hitting for that.
With lester, wang, dave bush, anibal sanchez, gil meche, contreras, lackey, harden-dl you really dont need Beckett as much as you could use a quality closer. Maybe try moving Wright for Chavez and a good closer if he has one. Move Gomes, since his shoulder will probably hinder him all year and for a keeper league, having a D_Ray is perpetual nightmares since the organization couldn't organize a fart and with Upton, Young, Baldelli, Dukes, they may find Gomes expendable.
Billingsley is a nice player for a keeper league
John Maine has pitched well lately for a soft tosser, and Radke may have a better second half for competing this season.

If you're looking at trading Wright or Lee, definitely target a better starter than Johnson or Beckett. Try to package a 2 for 1 for a Santana/Pedro type dominant pitcher who can anchor your staff. I'd probably try to trade Blalock for a middle-tier starter and leave Wright where he is.

yah have a pretty good team but your pitching lacks lots of depth...lester is a good pitcher but because he is young he has his flaws.....just make some trades..trade pujols get some good starting pitching..and trade lee and get some more pitch oh..and gome isnt doing well so you should maybe trade him or even drop him
