to that one guy who kept saying "i knew tex was a fluke" and that he was going to have a horrible year this year; well he's back...

i think most of us who had him (atleast in keeper leagues) had faith that this time would come; now hopefully I can ride him to my 2nd consecutive keeper league championship

i have to estimate, but his numbers from july ninth on looks something like this.

.316 avg, .427obp, and a slugging well over 600.

his road ops for this year is like .915 or .920 now, compared to his low 700s home ops.

reinstate his automatic 1.000 ops at home someone, please?

obviously his overall numbers arnt going to approach what people drafted him for or what he did last year, but its nice that he isnt a complete loss, especially if you picked him up in a buy low trade.

edit: and i lol that as i write how he has sucked at home and been great on the road someone bashes him for ameriquest.

i have him on my team too. i'm glad he's "back"

but overall i'd still say he was a bust just cuz we missed half a seasons of "slugging tex" and got "weaksauce tex".

in a rotoleague thats like -12hr and -35rbi

but yes, i am glad he's hitting again.

Traded him away for delgado and I didnt get delgado's homer and 2 doubles the other day and now tex has hit 3 bombs since hes been off my team. Just my luck. I give up.
