He probably will wind up in the first round because of his combination of power and steals, plus the very scarce position he plays at. However, I personally think I would avoid him, because his streakiness is too annoying. I would rather take a more consistent hitter in the first round and then Bret Boone or Kent in the 2nd or 3rd.
I would think that Pujols, ARod, Bonds, and maybe Vlad and Helton would go before Soriano in most drafts.
Yes doctor, I am sick. Sick of those who are spineless. Sick of those who feel self-entitled. Sick of those who are hypocrites. Yes doctor, an army is forming. Yes doctor, there will be a war. Yes doctor, there will be blood.....
I'd take Pujols next year before Soriano. Sorinao, although a first round pick, is definitely not a number one pick.

I see Soriano as kind of a late first round pick next year, between picks 8-12. Pujols, ARod, and Bonds are all locks to go ahead of him, and I would also take Helton, Nomar, and Vlad ahead of him. People who want pitchers in round 1 also might go with Pedro, Prior or Schilling before Soriano.
