i like the first one best myself, but 2 things i noticed.

1. the 2nd pic of bush looks like its behind half of the bg. the little square shape goes over half his face. if you bring the pic over that, it would probably look better

2. the text needs work for sure. it does seem alittle stretched


but the bg (other than the minor flaw i mentioned) and the pic selection/placement is exceptional. i like the colors in the sig as well...you've got some nice work there
