Interesting news here. Will he make any kind of fantasy impact this season?

I'd say hold on off in mixed leagues, unless of course it's a keeper. AL only, he may have some value. He was horrible early in the year, and went on a huge tear in June, but has since cooled off. I think he'll struggle some, but may be a viable option next year.
