Anyone ever use a tablet?

I'm thinking of buying a tablet.

Just something small like this. Anyone ever done graphic design with it?

I haven't but I heard you can do a lot more with it in photoshop, i.e. pen pressure and some cool stuff like that. I can't remember who it was but the guy that did the David Delluci picture and he sent it to him and he got it signed(remembered it in GT), I remember he said he used a tablet to do it. I'm sure he's still around.
