Worst draft pick this year

Jhonny Peralta in the 6th
Doug Davis in the 9th
Keith Foulke in the 10th

The worst part about drafting Foulke is not even getting Papelbon or even Timlin as a backup (cause we didn't all know if Papelbon was gonna be in the rotation or not)
go 49ers!!!!!

Well that's just like, your opinion man.

tex with the 5th pick over big papi. everytime I check the box scores and see the league leaders section at the bottom of the page with papi's name at the top or in every category it makes me want to vomit. I hate mark texieira.

I selected both Rich Harden and Derrek Lee in my big money dynasty league. That would help explain my sub .500 record. DL stints for both players has really damaged my hope for making the playoff cut this season. Though I will say this, Harden going to the DL did allow me to grab Verlander off the waiver wire quite some time ago. So there's a silver lining to the DL move, but I'd rather be in contention.

Tex is unquestionably the biggest flop of the year. I kept him at $23 in my auction league. Oh well.

And then there is Helton. Don't own the stiff, but where have all the roid-boy's defenders gone?

teix in 1st round.
I remember not really following baseball last year but it seemed like everytime i saw a line teix had hit a homerun.

ensberg in 4th round
thought i had 3b spot locked up especially after he started off so hot

i disagree about the whole you only have urself to blame. fantasy baseball is all about luck. i made a few great picks in the late rounds and i just grabbed anyone basically

Drafting a guy who gets a freak accident does not count. This is about drafting healthy piles of dung!

Why? He was still a horrible draft pick.
I must have missed the fine print for the title "Worst draft pick this year" that says they have to be healthy. ;-)

Because losing a guy to injury is never as bad as losing them because they are just garbage plain and simple. :-)

I disagree. You can at least trade a guy that has stunk.
