Will Bonderman continue his success?

Just to give you an idea of just how good Bonderman can be...he's #6 on my underperformers list linked in my sig. And he certainly hasn't been putting up typical 'underperformer' numbers.

I've said this in many places...I see him developing (or at this point I should probably say he's developed) into a Chris Carpenter type with more strikeout ability. While I don't know that he can keep up the 9+ k/9 I could definitely see him in the high 7's at the very least if not in the 8's consistantly. As he matures the bb/9 and hr/9 should fall a bit too. Barring injury problems he's a bonafide ace that's just now coming into his own.

I traded him away so that means he'll keep it up. ;-D :-B

And what's his record against them? He was smacked around last time he pitched against them, I believe.

Statistically, Bonderman and Harden are very similar sans HR/9. If you think Harden is good, Bonderman must be, too.

...and one of those two isn't injured right now.

That's a very good comparison JT...I don't pay much attention to Harden because of the injuries but as far as pitching ability goes they're very close. The fact that Bonderman is an afterthought for a lot of managers and Harden is highly sought after despite the injuries is a bit puzzling.

Drafted him in Round 15 this year. His last couple of outings have been kind of rough (4 ER in 5.2 IP against KC? :-? ) but the production and value is definately there for a guy i got so late.
