Is my pitching weak? WHIR

Yahoo!, H2H, 9x8 scoring, 20 team league.

I have the opportunity to trade for Bay but it would cost Bedard and then some (position player). Do I have the pitching depth (for a 20 team league) to swing a trade like this? I'm in 6th and the Bay owner is 1st.
