Can a commisioner even make lineup changes for other teams? I'm not too familiar with stuff like that, but it may show up in the mangers list, where it shows the time and date of the last change next to the owners.

Might want to be certain there is foul play before you go accusing. Yahoo has a couple of quirks with lineup settings that guys in my leagues have complained about in the past. For instance, if you set your lineup for a few days ahead of time and then make a roster move today, those future settings have a way of getting lost.

there is no notification when a commish adjusts a lineup, only the (c) designation for add/drops. these two are both correct:

any time you make an add/drop, any future lineups that you had previously changed reset

Well i know in an h2h league last year, the corrupt commish would bench the inactive team's top players like Hafner every week he faced him.

I was the only to notice since I checked the "manager list" which tells you the Time and Date of the last move/lineup change of every manager and sure enough, the inactive team was truly inactive, and the corrupt commish would reset his lineup once his week vs him was over.

I called him out for doing this and the a-hole just deleted my post.
